About the role
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Odoo ERP system for our clients. As an Odoo Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, provide tailored solutions using Odoo modules, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Work with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Odoo applications.
- Implementation: Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with client-specific processes, including CRM, Sales, Finance, HR, Inventory, Project Management, and others.
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Project Management: Manage Odoo implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure timely and successful delivery.
